Using this portal
Neorgana provides this portal so parents and legal guardians can share a child’s health information with the clinic care team. By using the portal you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the portal.
Who may use it
You must be an adult parent or legal guardian of the child whose information you enter, and you are responsible for keeping your account secure. Only enter information you are authorized to share.
Your information
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. How the clinic handles the information you enter is described in the Privacy notice.
Not a medical emergency service
The portal is a record-keeping and communication tool. It is not monitored in real time and must not be used for medical emergencies. If your child needs urgent care, contact your local emergency services.
