Who is responsible for your data

Neorgana operates a pediatric clinic based in Mexico and provides this family portal so parents and legal guardians can share their child’s health information with the clinic care team. The clinic is the controller of the information you enter. This notice explains what we collect, how we use it, where it is stored, and the rights you have.

Information we collect

  • Account details from your sign-in provider (name and email) used to identify your account.
  • Family profile information you enter, including your child’s name, date of birth, country of residence, and clinical details such as diagnoses, cause and age of injury, and cerebral palsy type and distribution.
  • Treatment records and the progress surveys you complete.
  • Documents you choose to upload and share with the clinic.

Your child’s clinical details and survey responses are sensitive health information, and we treat them with correspondingly strict care.

How we use your information

We use your information to operate the portal and to let the clinic care team review your family’s profile, treatments, documents, and survey responses in order to provide and coordinate your child’s care. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who can see your data

Your records are scoped to your account — other families cannot see them. Authorized clinic staff can view your records to provide care. Documents are served through non-identifying, random links and require you to be signed in.

Where your data is stored and international transfer

Because the clinic is based in Mexico and families use the portal from many countries, your information may be stored on, and accessed from, servers outside your own country, including by clinic staff in Mexico. Data is held with reputable cloud providers in access-controlled storage, and access uses short-lived credentials rather than long-lived keys. Where the law of your country requires a specific safeguard for transferring data abroad, the clinic puts that safeguard in place.

Your rights and choices

You can review and update your profile at any time. Depending on where you live, you may also ask the clinic to provide a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or withdraw a consent you previously gave. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already took place, and some records may be kept where the clinic is legally required to retain them. To make any of these requests, contact the clinic using the details below.
